Waste Water Treatment Plants Made from Steel
Waste Water Treatment plants made from Steel

PATENTED TECHNOLOGY OF
The Waste water treatment plants (WWTP) of “Waterline Services Ltd” are designed for accepting and deeply purifying of industrial and municipal waste waters from towns and villages, hotels and resort complexes. Offered is a very large range of performance of the -equipment –from treating of waste water from one house to purification of waste waters of a city with thousands of inhabitants.
The larger purification equipments, for more than 800 P.E are block modules. They represent a totally complete block line, built over a ferro-concrete foundation. The assembled equipment is located in a building of two floors – a so called light construction from metal- sheets and thermal panels, in which are installed all necessary equipping and installations. Our water treatment plants are designed to work under extreme temperature variation to minus 50 ºC.
The waste water treatment plants are notable for their great compactness. For example a plant for 1000 P.E. is set up on an area of 75 m², for 5000 P.E. the necessary area for the construction is 224 m² and a water treatment plant for 80 000 P.E. can be made on an area of 4.5 decares. The construction arrangement and the technological set up provides for the rational use of the land with the possibility for perspective future expansion of the water purification installations and successive constructions.

Our technological scheme for purification uses the most advanced methods of depth treatment of the waste waters, including mechanical, physicochemical and biological treatment with nutrient removal and additional purification. An ultraviolet installation is stipulated for disinfection of the purified waters, as well as a working compartment for mechanical dewatering of the separated in the purification process sludge.
For the mechanical purification of the waste water a very high effective self – cleaning filter device is used, which allows to exclude sand separators and primary settling tanks.
In all the modifications of the water treatment plants are provided with an equalizer for the flow and content of the waste waters, which stabilizes the work of the equipping for the biological treatment and fine purification. Due to the presence of the equalizer in the purification equipment, waste waters entering with a coefficient of hourly irregularity of up to 2,5 can be treated.
The biological treatment of waste waters is carried out in the bioreactors. Aerobic, anoxic and anaerobic processes are used to eliminate the organic impurities, nitrification and denitrification of the ammonium nitrogen and biological phosphorus removal. The chemical or biological removal of the phosphorus is chosen on the bases of the technological solution for every individual project.
After the complete purification of the waste waters, they enter for additional treatment in a two stage filter –bioreactor, working with a fixed biomass over a synthetic filling. For fine additional treatment a filter with combined filling is used, consisting of synthetic materials and carbon in bulk. The finally purified water is disinfected by an ultra violet unit.
The separated during the purification process sludge are stabilized and are treated in a section for mechanical sludge dewatering, which depending on the flow of waste waters, respectively the quantity of sludge, includes a drum thickener and a dewatering container, equipped with special sacks or other kind of dewatering equipment, depending of the quantity of the separated sludge (belt press or decanter).

Due to the application of the scheme for the total treatment, additional and fine purification of the waste water, the treated water at the point of exit from the plant has the following parameters:

The outlet parameters of the treated waters correspond to the requirements for junction in water receivers in sensitive areas /rivers, streams, damps, seas, fishing farms, etc./
Except the extremely good exit parameters of the water, our water purification plants are characterized by a low cost price of the purified water.
